Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Here's our return policy:
- Most merchandise purchased through our website can be returned for a full refund within 20 days of delivery.
- In-store returns for web orders are also accepted at no cost within 20 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at info@sanrafaelluggage.com.
- Customers are responsible for properly packing and shipping the product back to San Rafael Luggage at their expense.
- Please include the original packing slip with your return and consider insuring your package.
- Once we receive the package, we will credit the original form of payment within three business days.
- Non-refundable items include certain sale items, custom monogrammed items, and some special order items.
- Exchanges can be made by following the return process and placing a new order.
- To cancel an order, please email info@sanrafaelluggage.com, keeping in mind that cancellation requests made after 2pm may not be guaranteed.
